Pelargonium peltatum is a scrambling perennial plant with shallow or deeply five lobed, circular to heart-shaped, somewhat fleshy leaves, sometimes with a differently coloured semicircular band, that has been assigned to the cranesbill family.

Plant in well-drained soil. Fertilize every 4-6 weeks. Drought resistant – water weekly during summer. Long flowering periods. Does require dead heading of expired flower blooms and frail leaves.
