Spekboom, or the Portulacaria afra, is an incredibly hardy succulent plant and indigenous eco-warrior that is well-known for its benefits to the environment. Plant in well-draining river sand or cactus soil and water every second week – it’s almost impossible to kill and so easy to propagate!
